New York OCM: New York State Office of Cannabis Management

OCM's pressroom lists 200-plus items with no dates in the list view, and many releases are PDFs filed under year-month folders with ad-hoc names. Licensee enforcement decisions are published by the Office of Administrative Hearings on a separate page; the 'enforcement' page is about sealing unlicensed shops. Recalls are split into current and past pages with a two-level classification. The RSS feed exists but has never carried an item.

• Level 1 recalls (Aspergillus, heavy metals) listing lot numbers.
• Adopted regulation parts, which post with an effective date.
• Metrc credentialing and reporting deadlines; New York moved from BioTrack to Metrc in late 2025.

Quirks worth knowing

• The RSS feed is valid and empty.
• Pressroom entries have no dates; RegPing dates them on first sight.
• Superseded BioTrack guidance is still live.
